This is a great use case scenario for connecting a samsung galaxy device and using this keyboard for a dex setup. Great video. God bless!
I love this thin, I have the original branded Kwumsy K3 and it's awesome. I use it in combination with a mini PC running a Linux OS as a modern electronic typewriter for distraction, free writing.
Portability? Out of questions. This keyboard/monitor + mini ps will take more place than laptop. Plus no battery.
Features (conectivity) - excellent.
Comfort - the format of screen is strange and seems small, keyboard is ok.
During travel - screen protector but what about keyboard?
Price - keyboard/monitor + mini ps = ???
My thought - this is more like for home usage as secondary monitor + keyboard for content creators. If you wanna portability just go and buy a laptop.
Yeah is not nearly as convenient as a laptop but it offers to ability to be used interchangeably between many different devices. The cost of this plus a mini gaming pc would together still cost you less than a gaming laptop with the same performance capabilities. The convenience of an all in one laptop setup could certainly justify the additional cost though for some. Not disagreeing with you. You have excellent points too.
@@RetroGamingGuy Yes, it has many advantages too, I'm not against this device. As I'm not content creator I don't need powerful CPU and budget level gaming laptop is fine for me. Btw i like retro gaming, I'm not in modern games like Ciberpunk, Starfield, Hogward...
Retro GAMERS ROCK🤘☠️🤘☠️
That looks so cool!!!😍😁
It's pretty awesome!
I would prefer lit keys over rgb lights. And with its size, I would rather travel with a laptop with more practical screen ratio.
Kinda reminds me of the old compaq portable computers or the apple Lisa. I was too young then and my 12 year old self loved my Atari 400 then 800.
Nice setup… 🤘🏼
👋 does the PCB support both ainsi and iso layout as the mention on their official website?
Almost as portable as a laptop. I would loved if they used the back for more access, upgrades like ram, m.2 memories, wireless charger for a phone. Still cool device
Looks awesome
Wow...essentially, its a lapdock. Setup a single board computer to this, and gaming on-the-go will be easy-peasy! ⌨️🕹️😁
Yep! Not as convenient as a laptop but it's nice to be able to connect it to a high powered gaming pc. I like that I can do that whereas a laptop with the same performance as my mini gaming of would cost me over $1500
That's very handy for you on the go!
This is some cool tech, have you experienced any issue with the drivers? I've seen on Amazon for a review for this product where their anti-virus recognized the drivers as a trojan virus.
I didn't encounter that issue I have heard that from some reviews. Could be false positives but I can't locate them on my end to test.
@@RetroGamingGuy Cool, thanks for the info!
You were able to use the red and black USB-A to the pc alone? Another youtuber said it just power cycled for him when he did that. Reason I'm asking is because the power cord to the brick isnt very long and I have my surge protectors mounted underneath my desk so the red USB-A wont reach when everything is hooked up.
Wouldnt be easier just to get a laptop with a good graphic card/ processor?
Yeah for want an all in one setup definitely. This is nice because it can be used with different devices and PCs. It would also be a cheaper option than a gaming laptop too if you already have a mini gaming pc that's got good specs
I'm thinking about picking this up now. I work from home and in an office and at the office I have a nice multi monitor setup. I had one at home for a while too but with my gaming OLED it became too much. I may use this for my work from home setup and setup the monitor to monitor system vitals and discord or whatever as I game.
I do agree with you on a laptop being easier in this case, but there is definitely a market for this imo!
Is there a difference between the Kwumsy K3 or are they the same thing?
I need a little clarification please. So you can load batocera on the m.2 then select from your PC to boot batocera from there?
works with raspberrys ?
Am I the only one who was weirded out by the keyboard’s feet at different lengths?
Amazing portable on the go! Great review
Does this replace most of a stream deck functionality? At $300 its against tablets too
Looks kool
It's pretty awesome. I was using this while traveling last week.
You connect it to a mini pc?
I go up to Wyoming to see the in laws and could use one. I’m in the drawing 🤞🤞
You can connect it to anything
How much did the Chinese manufacturer pay you?
