Also, after the lawsuit, the 3 members that left became JYJ, and the two members who stayed kept the name Tohoshinki/TVXQ. Jaejoong and Junsu are coming back as a duo with the name “JX” for Jaejoong and Xiah.
look at how "tiny" their stage was in 2006 🥹 when they were still struggling, promoting as a japanese group from korea. it was one year of career in japan, they started to expand in 2005 and finally got the sweet successful in 2007-as a japanese group while being korean. also marking the first korean group idols to do so.
This is the encore performance of THSK-Tohoshinki's live tour 2006 (TVXQ's Japanese name). They have only recently learned Japanese, but they still sing very well. Despite their busy schedules between Korea - Japan and other Asian countries (they themselves confessed on a program that they had to fly to 3 countries to perform in one day), often sleeping only 3-4 hours a day, they still diligently practiced, honing their language, singing techniques, expressions, etc. If you compare this performance with the performance in the Tokyo Dome 2009 concert, you will see that they have clearly improved, getting better and more emotional.
