Mam mera contract khtam hone wala hai 1may KO ( 2 years ) . But company bolti hai ki notice period dena hoga otherwise they didn't give any thing to me. They didn't tell us about that also

Mam My company Terminated Me After Two years, and company giving us three months notice period in this period they told us if you want to work you can work if you don’t want its up to you, and they will pay us three months salary, but sir my Question is that they will give us our annual vacation money or no, because i have 53 days of annual vacation and 7 days of ph, so they will pay the annual vacancy money or only three months notice period company will pay. Please Mam let me know. As they are telling that in this notice period your annual vacation is included, Mam please reply
