Great job Sir but isn't it in the Barber Handbook to shampoo after a major cut as this? Beauticians normally will not do any work as blow dry, hot curl or flat iron unless they shampoo your hair FIRST
My husband has cut his own hair for years and does a great job. He recently retired from the NYPD where he was a detective and has grown a beard…something he was not able to do while on the job. I’d LOVE for him to be able to trim his beard like this! Nice and neat…! Great job Sir!

Line and beard work on point as usual, I understand the want and need for content and to show a variety of cuts, I also understand this client was late due to traffic, but this client was in need of a shampoo and deep conditioning service. That’s a reason why he’s chopping his locs off in the 1st place. Lack of cleanliness and conditioning will cause the hair to weaken and break off… also a shampoo would’ve laid the hair down and established a pattern of growth so the cut would’ve been more even all the way around, but again I under the want for content… but we as barbers gotta put the client 1st, he should’ve rescheduled so you could’ve really bodied this cut! 💈💪🏾
