Thanks Jude! Wonderful stitching. I was so pleased when you showed the back because I was itching to see what it looked like.😊

This looks like a nice relaxing thing to do, and the variegates give it so much texture. Love it, Jude.

I really like the fluid shimmering pattern the stitch is creating. Sun heat waves

Gosh I just love this one ……it’s so free and flowing…and the colors are so pleasing to the eye. Your patience and your instincts are amazing. And it is calming to watch and listen to you. I have started a composition using batiks. And you know the edges of fabric which have the manufacturer’s info and color dots etc? Incorporating some of those as well as some butterfly cutouts. This is so fun. It’s like painting with fabric for me. Thank you Jude for so much inspiration.

Love this - make such sense to construct a pattern this way.

Helps me understand the liquid aspect of form.

I have not seen this stitch before. It has such a beautiful effect. So glad you showed the other side...and it is beautiful as well. This stitch really shows your mind, the way it thinks, plans, and moves your needle from place to place. This beautiful example certainly defines "mindful stitching". ❤

Yes, this makes a very different cloth than satin stitching the length of the bar.
