This breakfast casserole looks amazing and I love the way you make it look so easy; and then you tell us ‘don’t be scared’. I love hearing you say that. It helps to boost our confidence and you have such a musical voice. I spend a lot of time on TH-cam; mostly going back and forth between you and another cooking channel (Come Sit at My Table). And then I recently discovered these 2 British guys who spent a lot of time in the South and Texas; namely, Savannah; New Orleans; and Austin. I love watching their faces as they try new things like sweet iced-tea and fried chicken and biscuits & gravy. They’re just so amazed at all the flavors and textures. Fall has finally arrived in Central Texas. I plan to enjoy it while it last because we never know when summer might return. This looks like an awesome dish. I’m more familiar with the version with sausage, but we all know that bacon always makes everything better.
