So this one's a very special one ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to this Early Access Map tour of the beautiful 4x UK Map, The Vintage Oaks from Farm Sim Brisco. This is a complete, from the ground up restoration of the very popular The Oaks, which I'm sure we're all familiar with. Farm Sim Brisco has lived and breathed this recreation for almost the last year! So much time, effort, work and commitment has gone into this map and it really shows! It is crammed with atmosphere and so much custom work! You've got to check it out! Hopefully it will be released in the coming days!

Farm Sim Brisco is a top map creator. Looking forward to this and to see what they, hopefully, cook up for FM25. I love creators who go to the effort of making custom stuff and really nail the details for authenticity and realism. People who go to such efforts to make mods like this for the community and expect nothing in return are treasures and keep people playing a game long after they would have stopped in vanilla mode.
Hello mate! Couldn’t have worded it better myself pal, we are a lucky bunch having modders like FSB keeping the game feeling fresh! Even now with FS25 approaching, this map will give players months if not more of quality gameplay! :)

No disrespect to any other map makers, but Farm Sim Brisco has truly created a map from which all other maps are measured. I agree, I am going to down scale some of the machinery I currently use. I really feel like I am coming home, watching this wonderful review. I for one, will not be changing anything. I think this is the map that I will play for a long time. Contracts will be awesome. I love how Brisco has put in the farms instead of people for contracts.

This is a beautiful map, the shed doors look familiar to a farm i used to work on, the train looks more american than uk though, love the bird sounds n the that church is perfect. Excellent map
Hey Niahl! Yeh he's done a great job with the doors and the many other custom features on the map! Yeh he knows it's an american train too, adding in the train is something he did relatively last minute so re-skinning it to look like an old locomotive from 80's/90's britain was the best option! :)

I have played the n*ts off Saxthorpe and I'm sure to do the same to this one. I love the look of British farms but lets be honest, having to pick your small tractor and trailer out of a gate is only quaint the first two times, then you just go straight through the hedges... Saxthorpe wasn't like that and you could even use autodrive safely, which made being a contractor SO much more fun.
Fully agreeing with you that this one is an absolute beauty, I might not download another map until FS25 comes along.
Also, as always, lovely job on your cinematics. You could probably make Sosnovka look good ;) Have a nice one!
Haha yeh I can relate to that one for sure! Just takes a lot of fine tuning to get AD to work around small close-knit lanes and fields, but it can be done! Thankyou very much mate, really appreciate your kind words! :)

Hi im currently playing a 16x map huron county Michigan biggest field is 246 hectares 😂 , it’s a lot of work and maybe a little bit to big so im going to to checkout this map

Thankyou very much mate! Really glad you enjoyed the video! Yeh like I said in the vid, FSB has put one into the map so you can place one down at whichever farm you choose to make your own
I don't know if you already knew this but all the scrap metal that is lying around and piles of rubble can be deleted using the construction menu and clicking on the demolish button then clicking on any piece of debris that is getting in the way of you putting down something that you want instead that means you can play the entire map without having to bother going into the giants editor, this alone makes this map one of the best.
Hi Jonathan! Yes mate I knew that. I talk about all these features, all the textures and reskinned buildings and other custom work that Farm Sim Brisco has created in the map tour vid I did. It really is a special map for sure!
It do lag traffic as it is said in video and thats a pitty.
But it is possible to set car to ones likeing when doing map.
Theres is a number of older cars and trucks ect for modders. :)
But ofcause, it is exstra work, and we can see he all ready used MANY houres. :D
Yes FSB knows there may be other options regarding traffic, but at the minute with the timescale he had in front of him to release the map he wasn't sure what direction to take. So for the time being he's left the traffic out :)

Looks like a bloody mental map!! I’ve just started a save of The Oaks 4x map, how does this differ and is it worth continuing my current save or playing this map instead ?!
Hello mate! It differs in that it’s been completely overhauled from the ground up. Better optimised, new and higher resolution textures, in a lot of places the field layout is different to the original map, the farms are different with new custom buildings/silos/doors etc It’s a whole new map essentially. Created to be as close to the area as it was in the 1980’s. If you’ve only just started your original Oaks save, I’d get on this one mate. It’s gorgeous! :)

Hey Casper! You’ll need to use a straw blower mate, the base game one works from the outside but some modded ones you’ll need to take into the enclosure itself and fill it up from there :)

That map looks masterpiece,and very nice previev✌️And my opinion all maps should be 4x if you like playing hundreds of hours..Only thing that bothers me is the traffic,you have to have it or otherwise it feels ghostown🤷
There is or will be traffic on the map. FarmerSim probably has it turned off or has a pre-release version om which it is turned off. I have seen traffic in the livestreams from FarmSim Brisco.
Hello mate, I'm kinda with you there, a 4x map to me feels the right size! As for the traffic, ordinarily I'd agree but I really do agree with FSB's choice here, knowing it's meant to feel like the 80's and being a car enthusiast, knowing the cars are 'out of place' takes from the immersion of the overall map :)
