Awesome Family movie! Not a fan of Bob Jones University, but a great movie anyway. Really enjoyed the faith aspect of this film and the great example of simple witnessing and sharing of faith, love and kindness to each other. Beautiful. I think it was nice to present in the movie the value of prayer. When I think of all those people who get lost in forests it always makes me think they forget to pray... n those who lose little kids, parents need to keep those little ones in their prayers. Love them, bless them, protect them...
I thought this movie was gonna be kinda like the goonies. But to my surprise it touched me in a much better way, it brought me back to when I found God myself and forever be thankful for that day that he found and touched me. Such an Inspirational movie.

I was going to pan this film because of the stiff acting but later into it I realized it wasn't for entertainment as much as edification and teaching. I was convicted because the older boy tossed his CD player after he committed to Jesus. There is so much I have allowed myself as far as worldly pleasures but now in my final days i'm casting these things away as God leads me.

Really enjoyed this. Not perfect. The actors are clearly not professional actors. And some of the dialogue is forced towards the end. But really, really good. I was very moved by it, and it is still in my mind a day later.
