If I have Hp up more than 300% for eg.340% and then use Belial as sub summon I'm still having same hp (310% more than 300%) or lost 30% hp (capped at 300% then reduction 30% to 270%)

Good question. I don't know sadly, I don't have Belial to test.
I assume it would be the first scenario (300%).

You raw damage is a cake.
You must slice it up in slices of 100k to share with Miss Damage Formula.
The first parts are your and your alone (300k).
Next one is from 300 to 400k (100k). Damage Formula-chan eats up 20%.
Same for the next two (40% and then 95%).
And the extra ones go nearly entirely to her (99%).
The remaining cake is your final damage.
Now, damage cap up increases the slice size.
With 10%, the cake slices are now 110k. The rest works the same.
