The allure of Good Good is watching good friends play golf. Buddies with nothing on the line but bragging rights. It makes the viewer connect with the content. I’m not a good golfer, but I sure know how to have fun on a golf course with my friends. That’s relatable. Not watching Pro’s duke it out. Not knocking Kwon or Kozan, but if I want to watch two Pros do battle I’ll turn on the PGA. I always watch and enjoy the content, fellas, I just hope you don’t get lost in the awe of having pros on your channel and take away from what made you Good Good.

Well said. It's tough to progress as a channel/movement/company/..all the things good good has become... without losing the essence of what this started with. But.. guys. This is fucking golf. They literally built a system into the game to make any two parties able to play on an equal footing. Give the non pros a handicap.. even if it's a half stroke. Or something. Something that would force a chip off or closest to the pin or whatever. The good good cup could've been amazing. But let's be honest. The odds of Kwan winning were like -1000

One of the things that attracted alot of people to Good Good in the first place was the mix of good golf, average golf and sometimes bad golf with comedy and humour and real feel to it. Throw in 2 pros and you may as well be watching the Korn Ferry tour TV. Good video but wouldn't mind seeing a format that gives the non pros a chance.
Just pull out the wheel of not ideal with the pros. Or bring back the left-hand challenge. They just need more of their gimmicky videos back, but I suppose that’s difficult when they are being invited to a course to promote the course while also having to abide by stuffy elite golf decorum.
that's what attracted YOU to GG. They cover all levels quite well and no one has monopolized any screen time. Kozan and Kwan have shown they are human plenty and it's fun to watch them mess up since they are pros.
@Greg Davis I think if you read the other comments Greg, there is more than me that was attracted by the earlier stuff. Hence, why I didn't write EVERYONE, has I would never dream of talking on behalf of everyone. I'm glad you are still enjoying the videos, as am I, I merely stated what attracted me and others, to the channel in the first place and that myself and others, preferred the earlier stuff. Now, just to be clear, that's not to say I don't enjoy their recent videos, just that I preferred their early videos and the more fun content shall we say. Thanks for your perspective though, it's definitely appreciated. 👌

Still love the content no one does it better but with Kwon and Kozan it does take away that curiosity of who’s going to win the challenge unless they get disadvantages. And that’s with The guys lately playing out of this world golf with insane shots !

My feedback will probably go unnoticed, but I already knew one of the two pros were going to win before I even started the video. Would be nice to see some of the other guys have a chance at winning a challenge. Unfortunately not the biggest fan of the newer content 🫤 maybe give the underdogs an advantage? Wheel of not ideal? Add a mediocre golfer to the group instead of adding two pros? Matt, Bubbie, and Steve add comedy and make it still entertaining to watch. Always loved watching you guys, just trying to give some constructive criticism 🤙

Did you not watch the 2v2v3 where Matt, Steve, Bubbie won? Even when Tig was in, before Luke, these brackets were always basically a shootout between Grant, Garrett and Tig.
@@ricegum7583 Watching GoodGood (for me) isn’t about the level of golf being played. They bring comedy and sporadic challenges to the sport while still playing excellent golf along with friendly competition. But with Kwan and Kozan it’s almost repetitive and predictable. Just my personal opinion.

As much as it is entertaining watching Luke and Kozan, the dynamic sort of handcuffs the groups balance. Having 2 pros win pretty much every time isn't particularly as interesting because the gap between them and Steven/Matt/Bubbie is much greater than Garrett and Grants gap to Steven/Matt/Bubbie.
That's exactly how I feel. No disrespect to those guys as people, but I'm going to skip the last 10 minutes of the video and go see what Tig's up to.

@@jmoriarty8000 When they did wheel of not ideal or blind handicap challenges, Steve was hilarious. Even content from last year works with Steve. But he doesn’t have chemistry with the pros, and Matt having to calm down his antics means Steve is just along for the ride.
The guys are trying to mature with their audience and their own lives, so the content is maturing. However, that’s not what made them popular, and it’s worrisome they could be moving away from their core fans a bit too much.
We need more bubbie golf and Steve. I feel like I never see them play any more.

I was to see more Colin, great attitude and one of the hardest working members of good good. A short series where he gets some hands on time with Berkshire (driver), Grant ( irons ), Garrett (wedges), and Claire Hogel (putter)? We high handicappers can watch his rise to good good regular status and fill out the sixth man spot. I'd love to see it.
Colin Ross is an essential part of good good behind the scenes. and should come out from the back and into the front he should be included in games with you guys. in front. glider guy
A lot of comments say they want more of the goofy stuff, but i also find these high quality videos with pros very entertaining as long as the vibe stays on the not serious side, which it does so far. Great video

People don't want goofy stuff, they want entertaining content where there's actual challenge. What is nice about good good is seeing dude with a nice synergy playing relatable golf. Now it's just "ok, who's gonna win, Kozan or Kwon"... Just lame. 0 surprise, 0 chances for Bubbie, Steve or Matt to come anywhere close to winning. They BADLY need a handicap system.
@@OncleJer I am with you on the handicap system. But this was always a problem as micah, grant and garret when he was inform where also way to good for bubbie and steve, when they were way worse. Yeah now the different is even bigger with two pros there
@@TheSleepbad It wasnt even NEARLY as bad as it is now with the 2 pros my guy. They had a chance back then, they actually competed and came close to winning or won plenty of challenges. Now it's just not even remotely possible
Matt has been playing some good golf recently. He is definitely the most improved in my opinion

I personally don’t think this is going to work anymore. They are doing too much. Just my opinion. But I have a hard time getting through some of it. To me tig leaving hurt a lot. And I know I can go else where. Just my thoughts.
With this current group, Garrett wouldn't be relevant in a Good Good major. If another GG cup, it would have to be all goofy challenges to make it competitive.

Have you guys ever thought about incorporating miniature challenges into your matches? Like: during a 9 hole match, hit 1 drive over 300 yards, hit X number of greens, hit X number of fairways, closest to the pin ETC... just added fun

There's good and bad things about having Pro golfers in this group. Maybe they should think about handicapping some of the other guys like Matt, Bubbie, Colin and Steven. It's just that they don't have a chance in many of these competitions.

Video idea. It's called heads or tails. 2v2v2 each teammate is designated Heads or tails. You play a scramble but after the shot is hit you flip a coin and play the ball that designated teammate hit. Gets fun around the greens and putting
