The only thing I would change is to put in carpet, lol. I’m not a fan of hardwood, too much of an upkeep. I love plush carpet, something soft underneath my feet ☺️ the bedroom and half the living room will have carpet. A lot of people don’t like carpet, that’s because they don’t take off their shoes and they have kids or they spill things. But I don’t have any of those issues.

Number two: this unit is really nice, but my hesitance with condos is noise. I don’t want to spend a ton to buy a unit only to have to listen to my neighbors day and night. How soundproof was the unit to y’all?

Nice showing, however, you need to emphasize the size of the bed in the bedroom(s) so that a potential buyer can have a mental reference point of how big that bedroom actually is. Continue success.

This condo has increased in value over the last 5 years significantly due to location. Many of my clients buy these type of condos as second residences. As long as it increases in value it's a good investment. Whether it be a home or penthouse. Thank you for commenting and watching the tour.
This is nice but come on now. Texas is known for more for your money than most states. Are yall trying to turn Texas in to California... thats rediculious. 1.5 for what. To look at other building. Wheres the water view
Hi Bryan. The market dictates the price. We are not turning Texas into California. If anything California is turning TX more into California by all the individuals relocating here.
