The Chinese title 心静自然凉 is a saying: "you can find calmness/coolness if the mind is still", but the commonly quoted modern meaning has extended to describe certain distressing situations where the only plausible/palpable solution in the moment seems to be "keeping the frenzied mind at bay". A tad cruel, but very real.
The lyrics are pretty difficult to translate well because it's packed with smooth-flowing allusions and idioms, but the last line goes something like "My endless fury sees no bounds, but pop me a piece of candy, and I'll find my cool again." All the satire ends up quenching some of the anger. The album version of the song accentuates this through a bossa nova bit at the end and you can check that out if you'd like to.
Oh and the recorder is cool too.

The voices and the music are great. I really love their energy and the melody of the song. Only the recorder is kinda off, for a trained recorder player it's a bit too obscure 😅 don't say other people can't like it, only that it's a bit too much for me 😅

If it helps, the recorder playing is intentionally cacophonous (an understatement) like the induced voice breaking to explicate deviance from the rest of the music. I think of it as a crude, but widely accessible contemporary twist because the song's theme is clearly referencing the same childish gutsiness which kids play plastic recorders with during school music lessons. It's also hilarious to me how sacrilegious this must be for a trained recorder player or vocalist, but your pain is understandably so

@@siolira9926 wow, that's an interesting point of view 😀 I was aware of the playing being intentional but I thought it's just to compliment the singing technique. Though it would maybe make more sense if I knew what's the song about 😀
