That 1900 Barber Dime actually is in pretty decent shape. Looks like there could be a minimum 3 letters on the headband there which would make it a Very Good condition coin. And there's no scratches nicks rim dings or damage on it. Nice clean old coin. CONGRATS DAVE!
11:24 This is actually the lowest minted silver business-strike Roosevelt dime, with only 12.8 million minted. 1955 is also a low-production year for Roosevelt dimes between Philadelphia, Denver, and SF. Compare this to the 1954 Philadelphia, for example, with just over 114 million minted. Your luck is outstanding.
Stupid question: I'm assuming anything you don't keep goes back to the bank? Do they charge a service fee for cashing in? What does it cost you to dig a box of rolls like that and then cash back in?
You need to start selling "Lets go!" bumpers stickers since every time I see a Diggin' Dave video I'm thinking Lets Go! right from the very beginning.
Nice finds Dave, especially that barber dime. And box # 8 was a real nail biter until those last couple of rolls!
