    Hey just wandering what airline did you take JAL? And how much was it for the flight thanks

    • @jamesricks
      @jamesricks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Japan Airlines (JAL) for us it was $670 per person! I also made a video breaking down this and all the costs associated with the move. It is called “How much money you need to move to Japan”

    Thank you for sharing! For the covid check in Japan is there a separate queue for those with a connecting flight? I’m flying in August and have connecting flight to Nagoya but only have a 3 hour layover so not sure if going to make it.

    • @jamesricks
      @jamesricks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think so, but don’t quote me haha. I think it has gotten significantly faster than this as well, but I’m not sure how the connecting flights work. I recommend getting your booster shot if you haven’t already, we didn’t need it but people kept asking and I think now it might make it faster, but not positive on that one. I appreciate your support!

    great video, how long did quarantine take, because I use the bathroom frequently, now I know what to do when I enter Japan, manly the Osaka area, did you get married before or after you enter Japan 🇯🇵, just asking because I see myself getting married in the near future thats why I was asking, and lastly is it possible to get a part time job after I get married in Japan 🇯🇵, thank you for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to your reply 😀 😊

    • @jamesricks
      @jamesricks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Appreciate your support! Quarantine was 3 days for us, but now you can use transportation before the quarantine. We were married in the states, but once you are married its pretty easy to get a visa that will allow you to work.

    Sweet thing you did for your wife... but the fact you guys had panda express as your last american meal... with all the good chinese food already in Japan. Should of went for mexican food, because that's the one thing that doesn't exist properly out there besides gusman y gomez :/
