I love how the base idea behind Purification is to take your CaC that you spend basically the entire game adding custom features and clothing to, and make them into a Kid Buu clone. Really innovative idea on the dev's part.
Okay but a whole ass second moveset with some added tricks is VERY useful. You can make the main build something like support And when you gotta brawl you got the awoken skill
Been saying that to myself for the longest time. It would make playing as the male majins far more appealing, too. Especially if majins got the added bonus of staying in their purification form.
Remember when the game first came out and people called this the worst race awoken because it’s “Kid Buu, but worse.”? I liked it because I liked stance characters. I like the idea of having a defensive or support build and switching to a more powerful and aggressive one. And ever since then, I’ve been enjoying its buff after buff after buff. My favorite use is Teleporting Vanishing Ball, detransform, and Warp Kamehameha. It’s not a combo, but it’s something that few people actually expect.

When the game came out, purification was literally the worst because your stamina use to drain while you was transformed and you have less stamina break set ups compared to a female majin. Female Majins on their own had better combo’s and didn’t necessarily have any weaknesses. Purification had a lot of issues when the game came out and the developers had to give it soo many adjustments.
I mean I personally hated and still hate it for being really fuckin boring and stripping all identity from your character. Additionally, everything twilightwonderer said up there, the form blew chunks when the game was new.
Yes i can see it being the Cell absorbed 21 since if it was regular Majin 21 it wouldn’t really be much difference in appearance and just have a tail added

Basically everything that's changeable about characters in the creation stage could be different. Even if it meant it would be the same for every player, that at the very least would be better than a Kid Buu recolour.

man, you'd be missing something. And purification means going back to gremlin mode. Super buu is an absorbtion, majin21 an android with majin cells. Can't do those if the transformation just goes against the principle.

Funny how they broke remote serious bomb as now it won't work unless they are standing completely still, and any knock away makes the move completely miss. But I'm glad they fixed pure form
Remember kids ... To beat a build like this just equip destruction concerto meteor on a male saiyan and remote serious bomb... Xy dcm xy dcm xy dcm (at this point they should get a vanish so be prepared for backhitting but they already lost 15k hp) remote serious bomb (it should land even if they vanish and stun them so you can backhit and xy into dcm again and then remote serious bomb again) Meaning with just these 2 skills you melted there hp forcing them to vanish which doesnt natter because remote serious bomb lands as long as your locked on basically and then they lose more hp and get hit with an ult without there defence boost... Every dcm you do is like 5k+) Allow me to remind you i say dcm is like 5k because on my lvl99 female saiyan with 125 in ki blasts and an xxl boost to damage it did roughly 5k... So if your using a max lvl with 200 in ki blasts it should do way more so it's probably closer to 6-7k per dcm...
Is the Block button still bugged for Purification though? I remember that being a very major issue for the transformation, and what made me not play it as much, despite it being fun af
Frieza race golden form build idea Destruction concerto meteor or dcm Flash strike Sudden death beam Go to the roof of the map and do xyy until he does the headbutt combo and then dcm and do headbutt combo again but this time follow it up with a flash strike Each dcm will do like half a healthbar and the flash strike itself does like 10k by itself so you just stole 2 entire healthbars for just 3 ki without even including basic attack damage
Remember kids.... Time skip back breaker does a full healthbar on female saiyans Destruction concerto meteor does like 5k+ on a male saiyan Divine kamehameha goes through awoken animations and super armor and does like 6-7k+ And remote serious bomb seals awokens and does like 16k+ And pearl flash can be used after a back breaker and does like 5k... Meaning there is literally no reason why someone cant just do a bunch of knockaways into dcm to force you to vanish and then hit you with a remote serious bomb time skip back breaker pearl flash... Then they only need 1 more knockaway to outright kill you... Dcm is a combo extension, remote serious bomb is a combo extension and time skip back breaker is a bunch of easy damage really quickly... From landing 1 dcm into rsb backhit into another dcm..... You seal any awoken and did like10k+ and your combo is still going.... Its damn near instant, cost like no ki, and is unbelievable op... The ability to melt hp and combo extend forever or force a vanish that your just waiting to have happen so you can timeskip is like playing pong only you shoot the other player....
I heard somewhere that every buu is technically a clone of Majin buu so they all transform into their original form and that's why they're all the same, not entirely sure if this is true or not but that's what I've heard

It is actually one of the best in terms of design it gives you completely new combos, completely new mechanics for your guard and dashes, new skills, improved stats and an appearance change. It is one of the only transformations that makes you play and feel completely different. The only others that do something similar are power pole pro, and giant namekian form which are both similar but not as good as purification. Just think would you not prefer to have something like super saiyan give you new combos, new mechanics actually cause hair to change making it feel like you have transformed and are not just the same with more damage and an added aura and hair color change. I will say though I do wish female majins looked different than male majins when transformed
@Angels-Haven I understand that and agree, but it definitely is one of the only transformations that really makes you "transform." I wish they would carry some of that uniqueness over to other transformations. It is why I think ultra instinct is cool even though it is not the best and beast since it adds a completely new combo set.

They do retain the color, and the voice, but the model still resembles Kid Buu. I do wish they did more, but idm them keeping it simple

Only kid buu is pure tho. Every other version of majin buu absorbed someone.
