Sir, please clarify my doubt. When someone misunderstands some statement or situation people say, '' Sorry, you are mistaken''. Why not ''Sorry, you have mistaken''¿

Sir, You told about an erroneous sentence committed in a Tamil Serial. Not only in Tamil Serials, even in general and casual conversations Tamilians commit many mistakes. That too in their mother tongue Tamil. If it is in the case of mother tongue, how it wold be towards a foreign language? In my adolescence, one among my friends told how some persons blather in English. Instead of saying "standing under a tree", one person told "understanding the tree" For TV serial or movie, it is the duty of a dialogue writer to take care about sentences. (But in some cases, Dialogue should be written according to the knowledge possessed by a particular character. But, it is not applicable to every character) Most of the writers and directors of movies and TV serials do not bother for that. In case of movies, selling to distributors, and in the case of TV serials, TRP rating are bothered. Only when the viewers insist for a right presentation, the writers and directors will be particular about that. Any how thank you Sir, bringing an information about an unacceptable dialogue in a TV serial. That too in a famous TV serial.
Good job. Wish I could describe it as great. Appreciate your effort, sincerity and dedication. However, I have a humble request. While focusing on writing speaking ie., pronunciation of words need to be corrected/highlighted. For instance the word "common" should be pronounced கொமன் and not காமன். (If you translate காமன் back to english the results would be "lustful person"). Similarly "Orange" should be ஒறேஞ் and not 6 5 ( ஆறஞ்சு). I feel grammar applicable to tamil language should not be forced upon english or any other language. Also not "eggsample" but "example" and not "eggsiting" 🥚👀 but "exciting". There shouldn't be "G" sound. The "native speaker" you keep repeating do not pronounce these words the way the Indians do. Many words are pronounced incorrectly in India. In fact I consider it disrespectful. I wonder if you would like someone pronouncing tamil words differently from Tamil speakers. Therefore, if you could improve this aspect your efforts will be even more beneficial to your targetted viewers. Hope you would take this as a constructive criticism and not be offended. Best wishes for your future endeavors.
