Hello Sudhir, Usually sales team take around 2L rupees while you purchase the house and say we don't have to pay any maintenance charges for next two years from the date of your movement! We only get power, water and garbage bill monthly!

While shooting this video I was very new with go pro and I was learning and testing the features if people will like it or not. If you research in market we will also find 360 view lens which is much more awkward but it is just the trend which even I followed but later I shifted to only wide angle view to my videos. In my later videos you will only find super wide view very less.
