For those wondering how McBain escaped from that salmon puff cliffhanger... Love Interest is actually hiding in the suit of armour visible at 1:42 and dramatically bursts out, grabbing and hurling the pike pole at Mendoza, who deftly dodges out the way and exits Stage Right, chuckling as he goes. Love Interest, still wearing the armoured helmet, stares after him and says, "Have a good knight, Mendoza," before throwing the drugged McBain over her shoulder and leaping out of a window.
But what about the "unfortunate accident" he supposedly died in after waking up tied in some elaborate James Bond esque trap? And wouldn't Mendoza have assumed by the meeting that McBain was dead by then?
@Marvin Powell time jump, mendoza is now a senator implying time has passed. So this was a different plot to kill mcbain. Mcbain is probably off the force and living like the punisher.

This was a great movie, but McBain really peaked with You Have the right to remain dead. The scene where he drives a boat into a theme park whilst wrestling with a robotic albatross. Pure magic. The series never got any better after that.
I never saw YHRRD. After that scene in You Only Die Hard Three Times where he parasurfs through a Louisiana swamp to outrun the lasergators, I was done. I guess I should have just watched the first two.
Honestly, his later movie Goldendie was pretty good if you could suspend disbelief a bit. I know even McBain wouldn't really be able to drive a cruise ship straight through a villains base but it sure as hell looked cool at the theatre.
I guess they kind of overdid it with Dieracker huh? Personally I liked the premise of McBain going into space. Or using the bodies of cyborg Mendoza's men as a makeshift heat shield to re-enter Earth's atmosphere.

DAMN…
Well that sorts things out nicely. 😎👍🏼
But what about the "unfortunate accident" he supposedly died in after waking up tied in some elaborate James Bond esque trap? And wouldn't Mendoza have assumed by the meeting that McBain was dead by then?
So you made this all up? Your humor fell flat to me sadly.
@Marvin Powell time jump, mendoza is now a senator implying time has passed. So this was a different plot to kill mcbain. Mcbain is probably off the force and living like the punisher.
"we go by the book!"
*BOOM*
"Bye book."
I'm convinced that the entire cast of the Fast and the Furious series take their acting cues from McBain.
3:15 guys on the right shaking before even getting shot lol
Damn, Damn, Damn, Uhhh… McBain.
YES?
That part is just gold.😂
Best bit
I like that one the best too
Could be a homage to Rambo when Co dies. She’s trying to speak to him and just says “Yeah” th-cam.com/video/Ms3B3-l8gro/w-d-xo.html
I reference the Damn, Damn, Damn anytime I stub my toe or something. Hah
Caffeine is more addictive than marijuana 😂
2:28 the guy getting shot, dropping his peice of cake, the cake caught IN MID-AIR by the next guy, who proceeds to try and eat it in the middle of the gunfight... that's a few seconds of pure animated comedy gold 🤣
a Animated Movie about McBain, with Arnold Schwarzenegger as Voice Actor.
LightningLover That could be awesome. I think that's what Last Action Hero was supposed to be, a parody of Arnie's action movies. It was a brilliant concept, but unfortunately it didn't quite work.
Yeah but I think Last Action Hero is looked upon more favourably now than the 90's.
"Ice to see you!"
Love that line!
2:00 "Ice to see you" gets me every time 😂😂😂
Bursts out an Ice Sculpture thats clearly smaller than he is...
I never realized that they put this continuous McBain vs Mendoza story in the background of episodes of The Simpsons - which spanned seasons! I mean, I knew of the sequences and always enjoyed them but I did not realize they linked a continuous story. Brilliant.
Ah back before the internet began every thread, video and article with "The ____ you didnt know about".
“You Have the Right to Remain Dead”
I know what I’m calling my next buddy cop zombie survival movie
This was a great movie, but McBain really peaked with You Have the right to remain dead. The scene where he drives a boat into a theme park whilst wrestling with a robotic albatross. Pure magic. The series never got any better after that.
I never saw YHRRD. After that scene in You Only Die Hard Three Times where he parasurfs through a Louisiana swamp to outrun the lasergators, I was done. I guess I should have just watched the first two.
@@DyrianLightbringer I had to quit when he was attacked by CommieNazis while trying to deliver UNICEF pennies to the puny children.
Is YHRRD the one where he fights the Commie-Nazis?
Honestly, his later movie Goldendie was pretty good if you could suspend disbelief a bit. I know even McBain wouldn't really be able to drive a cruise ship straight through a villains base but it sure as hell looked cool at the theatre.
I guess they kind of overdid it with Dieracker huh?
Personally I liked the premise of McBain going into space.
I found it quite exhilarating, seeing McBain just holding on to a rocket to get into orbit, not even using a spacesuit and just holding his breath.
Or using the bodies of cyborg Mendoza's men as a makeshift heat shield to re-enter Earth's atmosphere.
Aims for the protagonist, decides to kill partner
McBain's partner was leaning over him to get the ketchup
Then after the partner is no longer blocking McBain, the assassin doesn't bother to keep the gun pointed in McBain's direction. Instead, he moves the gun so that he keeps hitting the partner instead.
@@mushroomhead3619 While McBain just sits there watching his partner get shot multiple times before finally firing as his assassin escapes on a motorbike.
its the assassins obvious weakness. hes a maniacal murderer who, after he starts killing he cant stop it. like in a crowd someone stabs another person 30 times when 2 or 3 would be enough before moving on to next. but its just like how you open youtube with the intention of watching 1 video
He shouldn’t have talked so much about his family and retirement.
That’s like rule number 1 of action movies: talk fam, become ham.
As a kid I remember seeing a movie titled ""Mcbain" in the tv guide on HBO. Was very disappointed when it wasn't anything close to Simpson's Mcbain.
I didn’t grow up with Arnold, I grew up with MCBAIN.
I would watch a feature length simpsons movie, that was a mcbain film.
Same here, it would be awesome! Just one huge parody of american action movies from the 80s. kind of like Duke Nukem.
your frickin avatar...
PhantoMace2012 Best thing since sliced bread!
designer babies
worksa8 me too with the Simpsons as cameo's
His "yes" at 1:06 always gets me 😂
I just love how Mandoza screams "McBain!" xD
I love how the villain yells “MCBAIN” as he falls to his death
With his last breath he cursed McBain
I like how the diner guy missed his target, but kept shooting the wrong guy anyway.
oh stop talking craaazy
-“McBain…” *clearly about to be his dying words*
-“Yes?”
*They should make a spin-off show of this.*
damn, the Simpsons was a lot more violent than I remembered
“We go by the book!”
“BYE BOOK”
What a classic
The one-liners were actually on-point. Like, come on, how could you not smile at "Bye, book."
They need to pull out all the stops and make McBain, The Movie. Go The Expendables route and get cameos and rolls of all the big action heroes...
But... Expendables is already that movie.
@@JoshSweetvale Meeting adjourned.
they already made McBain the movie, but it's hidden in a lot of different cop movies, with changed names, and different actors
"To human misery!" LOL! That gets me every time.
To evil
- Bill Gates
Should be pfizer's new slogan
Shot 15 times point blank
" Iam not gonna make it "
" Quit talking crazy "
3:15 I like how the villains on the right are squirming about even before they get shot.
They should shoe this in film class when explaining parodies
And they will understand why most of action movies socks
“Any new business?” “Only your death” is a legit badass line for a parody.
MENDOZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Honestly I would love to see a movie that actually is titled "You have the right to remain dead".😂
3:16 I love how the people are getting riddled with bullets even when McBain's gun isn't pointed at them.
so after all these years he got mendoza...wow. i was 7 when his friend got shot dead at the bar
I like how the villain is a senator
What an absurd Fiction indeed
The getaway dirtbike behind the counter is so perfectly 80s-90s.
0:13 so much laughing
When his partner gets shot and says "mc Bain!" And he's just says "yes" 🤣🤣
Love how McBain throwing his boss out the window foreshadows him throwing the villain out the window at the end.
"Damn, damn, damn. McBain."
"Yes?"
I like how the guy points the lasser at McBain and shoot at his friend by mistake but then he keeps shooting like 10 more bullets to him 🤣🤣🤣
Reminds me of pretty much every game with an lock-on mechanic for aiming.
