From the ancient Asian civilizations that are still unknow to the Americas. No civilization stays the same. This process will be sped up by the ease of travel.

Pros: more organized than common Moroccan cities, proximity with Europe, amazing and tempered weather, intrinsically cosmopolitan, affordable compared to Casa and Marrakech, proximity with gems of villages and beaches. Cons: windy and cold in winter compared to the rest of Morocco, some products coming from southern Morocco can be expensive, given the amazing current economic boom real estate is increasing, very little English spoken today in daily life: you will have to learn French or Darija ...it is easy
