I just left work listening to sermons about EXACTLY this for 8 hours with headphones and this is what I needed to hear... God's timing is absolutely perfect. Im going through darkness and getting so much closer to God because of it. If you're going through Dark times right now remember please read these, and never forget to praise God even in times of suffering and uncertainty. Joshua 1:9, Philippines 4:6-7, and Psalm 23:4 He will never give you more than you can bare remember that.

Tonight I’m crying close to accepting God has forgotten about me. My crying hurts my chest and throat. I then see another video then this. My bible reading for tonight is Never Alone. Signs God is close and working. I trust in God to restore my marriage. Amen.
Or not. This is a misleading video. God works all things for His good and to glorify Him. Trust Him. You might not get what you want in this life ... but it is only a pitstop on the way to eternity. Videos like this can be harmful to one's faith.
Remember God brings life to the dead and what you thought was dead, I promise, he can bring back to life. We don't marry the person we love, we love the person we marry. God can restore your marriage. If you ask him and trust him, he will. God has a plan and divorce is not a part of it. He gives us the circumstances where we can but that is not what he wants. God loves you, trust him.

It’s an amazing rollercoaster we go on and the answer is ultimately trust in the Lord, pass your burden across, Read his word and prayer. Of course on the material level the waiting is the hardest part. Just looking for ways to switch the projector off in my head. I love this. I go through the dark times at least a few times a month. I am questioning if I have a mild version of bipolar disorder or just waves of depression. But I always come to these videos to help me.

To whoever made this podcast. I want to tell you thank you. I want to tell you that God really is using this podcast to help people in their lowest moments. I am an ICU nurse, I take care of the sickest people who are laying on ventilators scared and clinging to life, sick with Covid or other ailments.
I’ asked God one night to give me the materials that I need to help these people know who God is and seek him in their hearts. One of the podcast that the Lord brought to me was this one. I want you to know that I play this podcast for my patients, I play it on my phone and I set my phone right next to their ear. I do this to encourage them not to give up and to trust in God during these hard dark places because God is carrying them through these tough times. I just wanted to tell you that the effort that you did put in to making this has potentially played a big part in many people lives to encourage them to not give up on God and even potentially lead them to their salvation before they passed. Thank you for this gift.

Trying to figure out on my own how to process all of this and understand why she had to die so young.

@green butterfly that is so tragic you must feel a void? It was how my father passed away also. Tragic. That void can be filled with prayer and the understanding that at the end of the day the Lord stands right beside you through everything in life and as much as you can’t see him you can feel him within your heart. The hardest part about this religion thing is faith. And as they say if you don’t have faith you don’t have anything. God is my light in the darkness. Even when I feel alone, I know He is still there. There are times when my struggles make me wonder if I’ll ever get better.
But I know that God loves me, and that no matter how many times I fall down, He will always be there to lift me back up. I cannot give up. I will not give up.
And to whoever is reading this, God loves you too. Whatever you’re going through, whatever darkness you’re facing, He is with you. The enemy wants us to think we’re beyond saving, that we don’t deserve God’s love and mercy, but that’s not true. Nobody is beyond redemption.
You are loved, and you are so much stronger than you think you are. Keep going. God is with you!

I have listened to this twice in the last few weeks. I realized today that the source of my fear and anxiety was because I didn't trust God in the darkness. Today I woke with a sense of peace and grace (even though the world is still spinning out of control) because I know that God is with me. God is my flashlight through the darkness!
