As someone who watched Bring it On and Zootopia before this, I can’t understand why my younger female relatives are attached to this franchise if it weren’t for the songs and color scheme.
Honestly, this movie didn’t need to bring in more monsters. I think it could’ve been about Zed and Addison enjoying life at school, and then like this big thing comes up, and Zed and Addison want to compete in it. But Bucky starts to cause problems. Which causes Zed to get kicked out of the event. Addison must convince Bucky to stop. But he kicks her out of the cheer squad again. Now Addison and Zed must solve the conflict. Or something like this. Wouldn’t have been very cringey.
