Black Flash isnt an implicit attack, its more... a perfect storm that happens when you nail a technique down perfectly. Its the phenomena that happens when you apply cursed energy into a strike within one millionth of a second after landing it that causes space to distort. All jujutsu attacks impart cursed energy, and all of Yuji's attacks (as a host) impart a cursed energy on contact. Also, you can't do it at will; it either happens or it doesnt and the first time it happens, makes more black flashes possible the more you do them. Its not just what happens when you perfectly nail the attack, either (as black flash does make an attack far more potent). It also causes a state of zen where your ability to maninupate cursed energy becomes almost instinct, like breathing or blinking.
