I mean, they are incredibly successful in their home country, but the next step is to break the US, cause that just opens doors everywhere. I really don't know who manages them, but promoting them should be extremely easy. They are super talented and have charming personalities, while spreading girl power all over the world. So, the fact that they haven't achieved global superstardom is very weird. They should probably hire someone new to take over their promotion.
