Just gave $100 bill to a homeless lady in her 60's 😞 felt so irresponsible since my family is living off of food bank supplies this month so this sermon really helped me see through Jehovah and Jesus eyes 🙏✝️
"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day (John 6:44)." Rick can't bring you to the Lord.
This video I will watch over and over. Giving is the cure for materialism and the way to financial peace. The devil tries to make me forget about this when I’m stressed about money. It’s all Gods. Not mine. So why not trust Him and test Him (Malachi 3:10)
im unemployed and have been for a bit (im living w/ my parents atm) but God has put on my heart to be a blessing to the homeless. one of the things i like to do is to make a mini blessing bag for them. my current summer list is 1. a water bottle, bandages, hygiene products for women and others, sunscreen, etc. even tho i dont have incoming money, i still do have things i can use so im working with that. trusting that the Lord will bring resources to help me make these bags more quicker and more people to help. keep these bags in ur car, labeled and ready to give away. I dont tell them anything about myself other than 'God has blessed me and I would love to bless you' or 'God bless' and such things. basically anything that glorifes God and puts Him in a good light :)

Wonderful message. Really blessed. By the way is it applicable to the non Christians regarding generousity apart from tithing? Is it possible to receive all the promises, if a non Christians follow what the Bible says regarding generousity apart from tithing? To some it might sound silly. Waiting for the reply from Nagaland, India.
I strongly believe that even Non-christians may gain most of the mental and spiritual benefits mentioned in the sermon. Your generosity would help u to cultivate in your being the fertile ground on which the grace of God would be sown and developed to a spiritually enriched life that bring true happiness to you and help you to find true God.
I hate to say it but that is need not enjoyment the word was replaced by enjoyment it was actually need God didn't make things for our enjoyment he gives us what we need
Here is something practical for those who want a fresh view on giving to the church. #1 - The curse of the tithe is Old Testament and it is highly questionable whether New Testament giving "as you have been prospered" is the same as tithing. #2 - EVEN IF tithing is New Testament, MOST translations before the 1900's don't describe the tithe as an "INCOME" tithe but on something else - so read on… To be perfectly honest, churches can't survive with people throwing a few dollars in the offering plate, so, if you don't want to give a substantial, set amount, then you need to be going to a house church and there is nothing wrong with that (if you can keep it going). But, as far as tithing goes, there is a little known fact that some pastors don't want brought up and it is this, most of the respected translations before 1900 translated Luke 18:12 as "I give tithes of all I POSSESS", not "I give tithes of all I EARN." There is a subtle but important difference here for people struggling with their finances. When someone struggling financially tithes off actual possessions (described in the PowerPoint and calculated in the spreadsheet below), their tithed contribution is often anywhere from a fifth to a quarter of what the 'income' tithe expects. This is an important mission for me because many Christians are dutifully paying their tithes and not being able to pay off their debts - neither are they saving for the future. They need to know that - if they insist on tithing - that the possession tithe is a completely scriptural way to calculate what to give. Another reason this is important to me is that it undercuts those preachers who are greedy and are taking advantage of either soaking the poor in their congregation or so shaming them with this "robbing God" business that they leave the church. It is widely known that many pastors will do this purposefully to get rid of the freeloaders in their congregation. What we need are pastors who, for all of our sakes - and especially the kingdom's, focus more on us being good stewards of what God has given us and less on how much of our income they can rake into 'their' kingdom. For goodness sakes, why would a pastor who is wedded to the 'income' tithe but who claims to support family, ever suggest that women stay home to educate their children under God's authority, when it could cripple his church financially? Have you read the statistics on young adults maintaining their faith when home schooled vs institution schooled? Maybe you should. Please see the files below. Even if you don't believe in tithing, perhaps you can help those who do to be able to better care for their families and pay their bills while still satisfying God's commands. I don't know about that generosity could be a bad and a good thing I don't believe just because you're not generous does it mean you don't love your kids and wife that's not a good State and it actually sometimes of not being generous is actually better than being generous some people take advantage of generous people but just because you're not generous does not mean you don't have any love in your heart for your fellow people
Actually I'm not rich I don't have money so that does not make me Rich half of the time I'm struggling just to eat so how can you say I'm rich being spiritually Rich doesn't help me in this world
Your situation must be hard to face. Just trust Jesus Christ. N continue living . Giving is not about money only. Give myself to Jesus n let him work things for us. God is amazing. Will pray for you
Where is tithing taught in the New Testament? There is no scripture whatsoever in the New Testament asking Christians to tithe. When Jesus once referred to the practice, he was talking about Pharisees who were still under the Law of Moses and not about New Testament believers.
The storehouse was never where they worshipped..it was a separate building where the goods were stored…preach the truth and the power of Gods spirit will show up in big ways so much..so much deception in this teaching…tithes is of the law Mathew 23:23 and we know that all who try and be right by the law are under a curse Galatians 3:10-13

How is Chrislam working out for ya?
he's going straight to hell. My favorite part is put your money with god to get closer at 6:29
