Since your doing s new account try poping open your crystals when the word lights that fade in and out are brightest and the crystal light if possible to track is brightest aswell. What do u have to lose try it for your next 5 openings i bet your chances and production changes. Not a hack because it does not work all the time but from experience of hitting my crystals like that I have always gotten great or legendary characters. No pressure.
