I am a grandmother of 68 years old and currently raising 3 grandchildren. I love all your videos and especially your vintage items for cooking. Some of mine are also vintage. My family loves the recipes I have tried already and I plan on trying more. I read some of the comments below and I must say maybe some people are jealous of your beautiful face, hair, eyes and especially lips and/or figure! I am straight I assure you but one must complement beauty when they see it. I believe the cheerful radiant face shots add to the pleasant calming preparation of your recipes. I do not have to keep my eyes peeled on the food all the time to understand the recipe. People can be so critical especially when they are jealous.....they maybe have not found out yet that they can flip to another video if they do not like yours! Why be so critical???? Thank you for posting your recipes, you are appreciated!
This was wonderful. I love how you cater for mistakes that can happen and show how to remedy them. I feel such confidence in how relatable you are. Thank you, Rachel!
Hi, Rachel, I really like your demonstration together with your cooking techniques and tips you shared. Grateful if you could let your cameraman know that the cooking process that you are showing is also the star of the show. Hope all your efforts could be shown in the videos but not just your pretty face.
I made your Floating Island recipe from your Little Paris Kitchen cookbook with the black pepper creme anglaise and it was delicious!!! 😊 the black pepper gave it such a nice kick of heat!
Just strain the Créme Anglaise to get rid of the scramble eggs. Also if you have a thermometer you can use it to make sure the temperature doesn't pass 82 Celsius to prevent lumps from occuring.
hi rachel, love your programmes on sky, i borrowed a cook book from the library, and hey, i never got round to trying the recipes!! oops. Love your kitchen, thought you said it was tiny! looks way bigger than mine xx
Hi Rachel, thank you for sharing this amazing recipe but it would have been helpful to see the cooking process much in detail - the camera person missed focusing on quite a few cooking steps.
l lop u show ...in TLC channel ..i always watch your show...and in youtube also i watch y show ..everytime...i lop your cooking style...i lop paris alots...
finally I find your channel!!! I have been a big fan of your recipes since watching your tv shows a few years ago, but never could I find those recipes online(and the proportions are usually not mentioned in the tv show like this recipe, which I really want to try). Just a question: My mom is allergic to milk, can I use soymilk instead?
Loved the recipe and most importantly the part of "how to fix it". Just a comment about the "camera guy/girl". While I do like to see the face of the chef meanwhile they are cooking, I like it more to see what it is they are doing. I felt that he/she (camera person) was too much on Rache's face (and I get it, she is a beauty) and not enough on what was she doing. As someone who is a very-very-VERY-beginner on cooking, I do need to see the details of what is been done, and not "so much" the face of who's doing it.
Creating Vanilla Sugar from a vanilla pod that has come into contact with raw egg yolks is a HORRIBLE idea - especially if you’re in an area (US) where Salmonella outbreaks are common. “Cross Contamination” is a thing ... other than that, nice video. Thank you for sharing!
Why does your camera person always seem to be 2-3 seconds behind? He or she is always focusing on your face when it should be on the food and what you're doing. It seems like they forget what they're doing and then zooms over to where he or she should be. I don't understand... kind of ruins the cooking videos.
Hi Rachel, I come from China, I know you because the BBC TV series. Really really like it. If you can do same Chinese dishes, I think it'll be distinguish different flavour from french food.I think watch your program cooking is comfortable.and your sexy lips, when i see it i know that's rachel, haha^^
thumbsdown... all i see is your face. i wanted to learn how to make to anglaise. i mean you're pretty, but i wanted to see the video of how to make anglaise.
Horrendous camera work on this particular video!!! Out of focus, too zoomed in, not focusing on what she's doing, camera wobbling around...how did the person get this gig?!?!?

Rachel is my dream lady, very rare to find such a tuned lady of this day and age. how lovely

Made it this evening, delicious! Keep the videos rolling, love em all!

+Rachel Khoo It really does! Never tried anything like that before.
Rachel, I know you're a star here and I like you so much but... I'd like to see more of a food focusing... PLEASE!! :)
I love this recipe! I would love to learn how to make macarons. All my attempts were frustrating :(
Loved it, but I have a question though...isn't the flour supposed to be cooked after you blend it? Or is the heat of the creme enough to cook it?
Just strain the Créme Anglaise to get rid of the scramble eggs. Also if you have a thermometer you can use it to make sure the temperature doesn't pass 82 Celsius to prevent lumps from occuring.
Another vegie friendly recipe. Yay. Thanks Rachel. Ima try make it this week. Cant wait :-)
This video is so useful, thank you Rachel! We have to make this again for our entrement module at LCB London... eek! x
Love your recipes and your style. Where did you get that cute little turquoise saucepan from?
Can this method of desplitting be utilised in any other disasters such as sauces etc?
nunca la he hecho pero por lo que se desde que agrego la leche a los huevos note que se le cuajaran rapidamente éstos.
Miss your old Moroccan tiles

I love Rachel. So beautiful. And she can cook
Why do you use ordinary flour and not cornflour? then you could puree the fruit stir it in and add a sheet of gelatine

Yah very nice can't wait to make it.! looks gorgeous.! :D
I love your video so much!!!
I always thought that you did crème anglaise in a bowl over boiling water like melting chocolate
So beautiful

She only cooked it untill it split because she had fucked it up already. What did she comb her hair with a Brick?
So Good the flavor but lo os so weird!! Youre awesome.
Who ever is recording the videos, needs to know urgently that what WE WANT TO WATCH is the food made and NOT THE FACE OF RACHEL. THANKS!
Get a camera man that knows what’s tha main part off tha show is,and focus on tha food.
I like your videos and your channel, but the camera should focus more on the cooking process. Thank you and I hope to watch more videos.
Birds make custArd khoo khoo xx
😋 Turvo - S/C BRASIL
💚💛💚💛
I am in tamilnadu I really like you .
Damn! the camera person keeps focusing on her! maybe too obsessed? more on the food and the preparation please and less on her face?
Yes, whomever was filming this wanted to see her more than the food.
You made pudding . I would have strained it thru a sieve
Vanilla Fudge is back
You are pretty, very pretty, BUT ask your cameraman to show us what you are doing, what your hands are doing NOT your face, please!
I came to look at her and not the cooking anyway. So thanks cameraman, top marks from me.
Why u always say expensive
haha is the camera man your husband/boyfriend cause your face is all we see hahaha
I love you and your recipes but on the editing front you really need to take steps towards shorter videos and a better cameraman.
Good grief .... how tedious. Oooops , I just remembered
I need to change the cat box !! Toodles , y'all.

Only face video?
I think the camera man has a crush on you but not the food.
thumbsdown... all i see is your face. i wanted to learn how to make to anglaise. i mean you're pretty, but i wanted to see the video of how to make anglaise.
Worst cameraman ever!!! 😡
We can't see what your creme Anglaise looks like because the camera is on your face!
you are not french any more i'm sure of that becouse your style cooking
Mr Cameraman, please could you concentrate on the cooking rather than constant head-shots?
Thanks
Horrendous camera work on this particular video!!! Out of focus, too zoomed in, not focusing on what she's doing, camera wobbling around...how did the person get this gig?!?!?
Please have the cameraman show the food as you are preparing it..your face is pretty but we don’t know what you are doing.
It’s painful to watch 🤦♂️.
Too mich of ur back and face in these videos..... Not good
