He was in phenomenal shape. Just a few days(maybe weeks?) before he died, he had a physical and the doctor told him he had the body of an 18 year old, at 32 years old. Granted that's still young, but how many 32 year olds can say they have such a youthful physique. Anyway if you're looking for an interview with Bruce Lee, he took one in Hong Kong, with an American interviewer. Cannot remember the show or the name of the guy who interviewed him, but it's a wonderful insight into his philosophy and how it grew from this interview, to the one I'm talking about.

As I recall this is was his screen test for the TV series that eventually became Kung Fu.
You can see he’s uncomfortable at the start with the interview but as soon as he starts demonstrating the kung fu, he loosens up, his natural charisma takes over, and he’s in total control of the room.

actually it was for a show that never got produced. this interview was before his role as kato on "the green hornet". it was only due to the success of that show that bruce pitched the idea for "kung fu".

Jet Li is the historically famous Wong Fe Hong, you may know him as the drunken master played by Jackie Chan. He fights many famous chinese martial artists, one being Donnie Yen. Very good fight choreography.
