For me Shy guy have best dice block (0,4,4,4,4,4) Its almost 4 giver dice and 0 can be usefull too, If not still Its 0 so its lets you roll 4 next round from same spot. The only problem is if you have ally because its wont you give 4 but 5, 6 or more if you have more allys.
I remember that I played Mario party mode with shy guy and won with only won 2 stars, I got the first one by finding a hidden block and the second one because I won the mini game star, the shy guy dice helped a ton

Monty Mole's is the worst. It's the standard dice block, just replace the one with a coin bonus and that's it. There is no reason why you should ever use it unless there's something one space away you don't want to get.
