The fact this guy was calling out names of his High School teammates after all the years shows the type of person he is.
I mean they were his team mates and most likely his friends can you not name people you went to high school with?
I was thinking the same thing…. I can barely remember my college teammates from my freshman year …. Most high school teammates been together since grades school. Aaron showed up as an 8th grader and has played though the pro level. That’s actually really cool he remembers that many guys
One thing I learned watching these interviews with him is, he has near perfect recall of everything that ever happened to him on a football field. Even relatively minor plays from when he was on the bench rookie year

@@D1Junk I am sure you have other hobbies and football wasn’t entire life. Guys like Brady and Rodgers entire life is football they don’t really do anything else so it’s not shocking that he would remember plays or names.

Tom Wilson is truly one of a kind. Before this guy was breaking tackles and snagging lobs from Rodgers on the gridiron, he played a huge role in Back to the Future as biff tannen. Guy can’t be stopped as now he’s in his 10th season in the NHL! Remarkable

Just so you know, I played with him in high school for one year being a year behind him and he still will pull me on the golf course at Lake Tahoe for a pic. Such a down to earth guy since we were kids

To clarify:
Aaron went to Pleasant Valley High in Chico California (which is in Butte County California). Chico High is the other big highschool in Chico, Pleasant Valley vs Chico is the the Almond Bowl because Chico is a huge almond farm community.
Butte College is the main local community college. I don't know this for a fact but I imagine Butte College could be prone to having big time talent relative to some community colleges because it's very remote. Chico and Butte County might be underrecruited, but I'm only speculating.
Cali juco's are ruff. No housing
Im from Butte and went to Chico High. Butte College has a great football team and a lot of the guys go on to play D1.

Sounds like Rodgers was surrounded by high level athletes from the start and competing with them made him a GOAT.
