Renewable teak is grown in fields like corn. In the past, teak was grown in the jungle as an understory tree, which means it took much longer to grow.... and that made it oilier / weather resistant... Renewable teak doesn't hold up well long-term.
Omg right at the beginning of the episode I noticed Alan’s hair looking “fresher” and then they bring it up later on in the episode 😂 I thought he had just dyed it though
