Just discovered this psycho today. Don't get me wrong joker is the main psycho no doubts but this kid is literally the product of his environment and that's a level of realism that touches deeper than most villains designs imo.
I love how the first way he thinks to escape is to jump off a bridge from the trauma of him flying off of two already. His psyche is so warped from his upbringing, the thought behind this character is so cool.
