It's a league skill only for 6v6 PvP rank
just random question, card that auto trigger skill like stormy knight, does it cast skill based the level stated on the card or it cast skill based on level skill that we learnt?
depends on the cards but most of "skill chance" cards will have specific lv of the skill when proc
so if you use SH then equip stormy knights, it can still proc SG lv 10 even if SH can't learn SG

For me, it's a matter of preference, but I would say no because the chance to cast MS is too low.

You need to equip a Marc Card/Detarderous* Card to prevent being frozen
