This man, CHA EUN WOO, so celebrated for his looks, BETRAYED HIS FRIEND MOONBIN. He should actually do something meaningful and press the company, the country for answers about Moonbin's death. Shame on him. He is being used but will he now step up, forgo the money and fame, and do something to bring the light of truth for his friend Moonbin? If so, he then could be truly celebrated. A good life, an honorable country builds itself on truth. People, come out from under this veil of superficiality.

@@cinefactoryours Talk about it, text it, come together and demand it. Boycott all of Eunwoo's escapades until he shapes up and does the right thing. Hope is not enough. Thankyou.

@@joanhebert73what are you going on about? In what way has Eunwoo betrayed Binnie. Calling on people to boycott Eunwoo's activities is not going to achieve anything, the details of Moonbin's passing are known only to his family who have asked that they remain private, as is their right. We, as fans, have to respect their decision. You can see in Eunwoo's recent appearances that he is completely devastated by Bin's passing, posting comments like these are not going to achieve anything. He has in no way, shape or form, betrayed Binnie. Leave him alone for crying out loud!

@@emmyp712 Emmy, I don't know how old you are or how you define "fan". I also don't know if you understand what I mean when I talk about the "dominant narrative". But I do think you and many can think about what makes sense and what doesn"t. For ex., how is it that his manager was at his home at 8:30pm and found him dead? And why did the company, the country's journalists, the general population not ask questions about this? No details. Nothing. Everyone silent only for missing Moonbin, loving Moonbin, poor Eunwoo etc. Rather than give the public the results of the autopsy and articles appearing in papers interviewing people about this death there is silence, deadly silence. Very convenient for the dominant narrative to say it's the family that doesn't want anything to come out. I don't live in Korea and I really don't know much about the politics there. When I was younger I never thought about politics. But I've been learning over yrs that politics plays a big part in all our lives as people who live in organized groups. One definition of politics: "Politics is the set of activities that are associated with making decisions in groups, or other forms of power relations among individuals, such as the distribution of resources or status." K-Pop, I don't need to tell you (!) makes a lot of money for Korea and there are a lot of people behind that help put it all together. We have heard something about how the stars are controlled etc. but we don't know much and for sure we also have been told outright lies that are what the corporation wants to give the public. There are many reasons Eunwoo may look somber. I will not "leave him alone" in this space (though I wish I could communicate to him directly, more effectively). He currently has the power and also the past with Moonbin to make a difference for Moonbin so the public does not dismiss his life so easily. We all can learn some lessons about how to treat people having difficulties and likewise, TRUTH MATTERS for us as individuals and for building and living in a healthy society. We all have a role to play in building healthy societies and Moonbin deserves more from his "fans" than platitudes. Real love demands courage. I want to pass along an article (one of many) about a Japanese man who dominated J-Pop and is accused of molesting and raping multiple young boys aspiring to be J-Pop stars. He is dead now and though the public knew for yrs he was doing this he was never confronted or brought to court. He was of course very rich and powerful. I wonder if Moonbin experienced any of this? For sure he publicly declared his love for Eunwoo.
I would ask people to think more deeply and take meaningful action. Thank you Emmy.JH

@@joanhebert73 I dont know why my age is relevant but FYI I'm 51 so I'm an 'older' fan! Right, let's look at the points you made...the first is why was his manager at Bin's apartment at 8.30? Bin and Sanha were rehearsing for the next leg of the Fancon that day, they'd had a break and Bin didn't return the the company. So, after failing multiple times to contact Bin by phone his manager went to his apartment where he found him. That is why his manager was there. Why was everyone quiet? Okay, I was in Seoul on vacation when Bin passed and I can tell you know, when I found out about it in the early hours of the morning there were numerous online articles about what had happened...it was also reported on the BBC in the UK (my home country). Then it was announced that the family were asking for privacy and the family and company asked journalists and fans to stay away. The details of the autopsy will NEVER be made public unless Moonbin's family decide to release them, they are the only people privy to the autopsy results, not the company, the press or the fans. It has absolutely nothing to do with politics, yes, kpop does make a lot of money for Korea, but when you put it up against companies like Samsung, LG and Hyundai for example, it is a tiny amount. A scandal involving one of these companies would cause more damage to the Korean government and their politics than the untimely and tragic passing if a well loved idol. Eunwoo has been Bin's best friend for many years, he has every right to be completely devastated, they were the same age friends in the group and there was a definite brotherly affection between them, they were basically joined at the hip. Harassing him (what you are saying could be classed as harassment) either through social media or god forbid, in person is wrong, at the moment he is working, literally and figuratively, through his grief, he is keeping the promises he made to Moonbin and is trying to move on. Please, as an older Aroha, I beg you, please leave him, and the remaining Astro members alone.
Edited to add that whilst what happened in jpop is disgusting and disgraceful, Moonbin had been with Fantagio for many year, something like that would have been exposed by now. Whilst Fantagio are not the best company they are also not the worst and they have been an acting company for many, many years before they branched out in music. Yes, Bin openly said he loved Eunwoo, so did Rocky and come to think of it Sanha. For crying out loud MJ calls Eunwoo father and Eunwoo calls MJ my son. You are reading far too much into that!
