Whenever I encounter them, I give a down-vote, & if they are blatant & egregious, I report them.
The most artful & clever of the posters carefully craft content titles, descriptions & thumbnails in such a way as to imply or insinuate, rather than being blatantly deceptive.
Another tactic is to make their posted video drag on & on, exploiting the unrealistic expectation created by the above in the viewers, hoping & waiting for the content to, sooner or later, coincide with the aforementioned title, description, &/ thumbnail.
Whether it does or not, matters little, as those who post such content, still come out ahead, as they've gained credit from ScrewTube for having posted something that viewers suffered through to the end, too often in vain.
Their disappointment & dissatisfaction is reflected by the negative comments, down-votes &/ flags.
