A metal/rock cover of the original Sand Ocean theme from F-Zero (SNES).
Another F-Zero track, this was one of the requests on the last video. So here it is! Let me know in the comments what else you want me to cover :D
So many underrated F-Zero songs. I'm glad someone is doing them justice !
Sadly as far as the originals go Mute City and Big Blue steal all the attention (don't get me wrong I love them and they are amazing) despite many tracks in the SNES version being amazing end up being so overshadowed. Red Canyon, Sand Ocean, Port Town, Fire Field.. list goes on.
The F-Zero community really enjoyed this remix :)

There... waiting for you... across the land.
A beautiful sunset horizon of infinity, that will last for eternity. A sun that shines so bright, that it can blind you permanently.
A temperature so intense, that it could give you heat stroke. While in a far away galaxy.
A race track, placed above this endless ocean of quicksand, while dozens of racers reach max speeds as fast as lightning. While riding on the edge of death.
A world between dimensions. A place heaven and hell cant reach.
And as the race finally begins after a short short countdown. You effortlessly glide across the track, like you are soaring through the clouds, like a bird.
Then as suddenly as you arrived, you feel as though you are above the universe, or even one with it all.
As you shoot across this desolate desert with maximum boost power. Riding off into the sunset, never to be seen again.
You then find yourself lost, in an endless eternity of sand. While you scour this dead planet, in search of purpose and reason.
In an absolute abyss of bliss. 😌

If Nintendo made another f zero game, instead of ending the f zero franchise, they should add this

A subdued take here, but no less worthy for it. It takes a true artisan to make a remix that both calms the soul and pumps the blood in turn. And just when you think TODA is taking this one easy, the drop at 2:12 occurs and suddenly you're stuck between sand and steel with an endless horizon laid out before you. Great work as always.

I enjoy your work man. Hope you don't mind, I jam to them in my car on road trips going fast and just loving it. I think you should finish the F-zero album. Look at the progression of the themes from F-zero to F-zero X and to F-zero GX, at least get Red Canyon or Silence in there lol, love those two.

Fucking awesome man! I used to not care for this song when I was little for some reason. I love it now and love this version even more!
My man. I used to hate this song too but I realized that it was the bass part in the chorus that made me dislike it. Once that was changed, the song really is stellar
