for attention editors: comment on ambu bag - when there are no ventilators in the hospital (common) you cant have health care workers handling the ambu themselves (there are several children on these at any given time and only a few health workers). they need to look after the other children. this is a failure of the government... the state of indias hopsitals are pathetic
