  • Ben can’t speak because of his cerebral palsy (CP), but he’s been using AAC apps to communicate for years. Starting with symbol-based AAC to buy candy, now he works and plays cricket with Proloquo4Text, a text-based speech app for iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.

    Ben you give me hope for my 3 children who are nonverbal. Ive been saving for 2yrs and now im finally ready to buy 2 of my babies with autism ipads, asserories, and proloquo2go..unfortunately itll be another year before my 3rd child get his..but this video gives me alot of hope that this program will help my children ❤

    I am completely blind myself, and use a screen reader to navigate my mobile devices and computer independently. Unfortunately, there are still some tasks where I have to ask someone for some help, because the screen reader will not read it correctly, but that still does not stop me; we all need help sometimes.
