@@shq7621 yeah sett is always strong from early to late game, but Jax has stronger late game scaling but weaker team fight.
But Jax can split push so hard late game that he can easily 2v1 and is almost impossible to 1v1
Teamfight sett is better due to Jax being easier to shut down with CC, sett also has more CC than Jax.
I love Jax more cause he's my fav champ since beta but this are my thoughts.... The video didn't give both champions the correct build though.... God damn I miss gunblade
The problem is the attack speed is cap at 2.50 and u play with about 4.00 or 5.00 attack speed with ur items on Jax. Next time ask a Jax main to do a more decent build. But np he won so keep up the good work ;).
Keep in mind rageblade is currently bugged on jax this patch and isnt procing his r lol

I feel like Thornmail is a must against Jax, should've use it instead of MR.

Both reduce healing but in this case Thornmail is infinitely better than MR. Sett could've win.
Sett is a new champ and there is no way Riot will build a champion that can be easily demolished by someone who existed older. Sett can go toe to toe against Jax, the video just did not do justice and after this video, they are gonna downgrade Sett more than what is enough.

Not building thornmail is basically saying the creator of the video wanted Jax to win xD
The reason why Runeterras greatest Weapon Master,Jax is only using lamppost in every battle is because his lamppost is the "Last light of Icathia"The last symbol of hope for his lost nation of defeating the void that consumed his nation and a powerful blazing weapon that harms the void for when the final battle comes Jax will return to icathia and will stand against void.
Even Jax has to face it alone.
If it's 2v2 (with a melee support) sett can have a little chance since he can also stun but he need 2 champ on enemy team

Makes sense for Sett to lose 1v1, his kit is way better in a team fight, big AoE hit and a good ranged grab into root

In all these 1v1 with Sett we never get to make use of his stun on E. And it is a pretty fast ability so he should be stunning people consistantly

In Please Gank channel they gave Sett Thornmail and he won some fights due to this and the fact that Sett used his ult when he was about to get stunned by Jax's E.
It is just that Thornmail and Frozen heart hard counter Jax and if someone builds them he greatly reduces Jax's Dmg.
Sett can win if he builds Thornmail.

The broken meter in league should be how the new champ does against jax.If new champ beats jax erase him immidiately
Conq Sett might have a chance. But Jax is still the reigning strongest Bruiser in League of Legends.
Two life steal items on Jax of course he’s gonna win with that but he’s gonna win regarless because of his E counterattack. Any auto based champion will lose that battle
Jax's e also reduces the damage of AoE effects 25%. It's the most OP skill in league probably.
