This game was one of my FAVORITES growing up! I came across it in the most unlikely way: my mom was shopping in Sam's Club and she left me in the games section, when I found it. Next thing you know I'm playing it constantly for weeks.
King of the monsters was a little more fun other than they the monsters where knock offs and I did not like that Mecha king Ghidorah was so huge it would have been nice if it was Biollante minus the ridiculous size lol also this should have been on a regular console at the time oh well maybe they will make a part 2?!

Play the japanses version the levels are a bit harder and mecha Godzilla is then kiryu and Godzilla is dark Grey still fun

This game was pretty fun. We played the battle mode alot while on deployment.
I'love the Japanese version that have Kiryu (Tokyo SOS) than Mechagodzilla 2

The Japanese version changed Godzilla, Mechagodzilla, and Mothra to look like their Tokyo SOS counterpart
Interesting, it looks like Godzilla characters with King of Monsters graphics, epic! It's a shame this wasn't released for anything else.
