I have been aware of Newmar for over a decade and the quality of their motor homes is pretty well known. Having said that, in this video that cab/dash/console looked a bit "plasticy" and cheap and that little table between the seats seemed very flimsy (also plastic when folded back into cup holders). The rest looked very nice.

Being in the RV industry for 20+ years, I'm not aware of them doing anything but plastic dashboards. Maybe you can enlighten us when that changed??? As for the table, yes the cupholder part is high density plastic, but it's a steel frame and hardwood table top - its heavy when you set it up. It should last. Thanks for watching!

I too heard that Newmar was the best quality RV and that's why I bought one when I was in the market for a new RV. But as a Newmar owner the last 6 years it's really the same quality as all the others. What might be different is the customer service. I've actually had more issues with my Newmar Baystar then I did with my Thor ACE, but service has been much better. Overall, it just seems like RV quality control is very, very poor.

Is the refrigerator electric only? Will it run on propane? Is there storage underneath the bed and/or couch? It’s a very pretty motorhome.

Their standard refrigerator will run off electric or propane. They do offer an optional 12v refrigerator - you will see the word "residential" used which indicates it's NOT the typical RV refrigerator that runs off electric/LP. No storage under the sofa, it's a sofa bed. And with Newmar's slide design, typically most of the space under the bed is limited. Thanks for watching!
