I found a good spot in the balcony. My secret is to try to capture the audio mix coming out of the FOH (front of house) main speakers; while trying to avoid sound from the subwoofers. Those low frequencies tend to cause over-compression in cellphone recording. Balconies are perfect for capturing better cellphone recordings. I also get a unfettered view of the sisters as a bonus. I recorded on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 cellphone.
