Hi. There is a small zoom slider at the bottom right of your Word screen. Us this to zoom in and out. If it's the circular magnifier it's part of the video editing software package CAMTASIA.
Hi Lisa, Fantastic Video. I have a different question regarding your editing. How did you make the pop up red rectangle appear at 0:37. What editing software do you use? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciative.
Thank you Lisa. In this video you have 6 random pictures on a blank page - my query is: how do you get those 6 pictures to sit separately as you have before you started working on them? I can’t seem to add pictures to a blank page randomly as you have and cannot figure out where I’m going wrong. Thank you.
Select a picture, right click, go to WRAPPING and click on IN FRONT OF TEXT. Keep doing this with each image and you should now be able to move and re-size each one.
Hi, I have a set of 100 images ,in a directory, and they are in different sizes. I want to place them in my Word Document as to have, say, 6 images per page to be all the same size. How to perform it ? Thx.
Sadly you will have to crop them individually so they are all the same size and the quickest way to do this would be using ADOBE LIGHTROOM. You can then use the techniques described in these videos:- th-cam.com/video/etAW892xONw/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/zh6y3sGwImU/w-d-xo.html
The align vertically or horizentally option is grayed for me. What I did wrong. The pictures that I choosed to align are in the same row. Yet I couldn't align them.
Nah, this doesn’t help at all for newer versions of word, doesn’t work, followed every single step, just defaults to whatever ratio it wants to, thumbs down.
Thank you so much! I was going crazy trying to do this in Gimp, but it was nice and simple using Word thanks to you! :)
Glad it helped :)
In minute 1:37 what keyboard command do you use to keep the photo ratio please?
hold down the SHIFT key whilst you drag the corners of the image.
In 0:57 minutes, you were using small zoom. I wonder it.
How do you use.
I will be happy if you help on this this.
Thanks

You don’t explain how to get to picture format, which is the first step, I think.
It's the tab at the top of the page. It appears when you select the image : )
thanks
