Tiffany and Carlito coming thru on Saturday wirh a short but good one. His scalp is really red in some areas awwwww. I hope it;s not to sore. I hope everyone has a good safe weekend

Oh my goodness, this was so good. Those were some tough stuck on flake’s. Love the side scratch and the sound is a plus. Glad to see you two. Have a blessed weekend.
Years ago, I struggled with very similar, maybe the exact same issues. To this day, I’ll still have flare-ups if I don’t stay on the prescription shampoo (Ketoconazole 2% shampoo, it’s been life changing). But the one thing you can do that will make a huge help right now….cut your hair. My hair was more than 1/2 way down my back and very thick. It would develop the thick layer of dead skin just like yours. Losing the hair allowed my scalp to stay much cooler and build up less sweat, which cut way down on the level of build up and how often it happened. Hope this helps. Cheers.
Great video! my daughter had this type of dandruff, but not as bad, Bragg apple cider vinegar rinses kills the fungus just shampoo and add ACV, rinse add ACV, conditioner mix with ACV every wash day to maintain a healthy scalp, and it doesn’t come back
Hey Fam. Awwwww I missed the scratch. Im sorry u have flakes Carlito but so grateful you share w us. My kids & I have same, I learn alot from your fam & share w mine. Be well guys. Thank you thank you❤
I had this same situation. Sulpha 8 hair grease helped a lot, I ended up cutting my hair as I got tired of braids. Never had dry scalp since. The scalp needs moisture daily, my take on this.. but sulpha 8 did wonders for me. Ps the wrong hair grease can actually dry up your scalp even more… over 20 years with braids, I tried ‘em all
There is only 2 on utube and Tif is 1st that know how to part scratch a spot and not just go from side to side but know how to actually tackle that area, I miss yall!
Ketoconazole shampoo is an antifungal medication. It treats fungal or yeast infections in your skin. You can use this medicated shampoo as you would use a regular shampoo by massaging it into your skin. (Shampoo may require a prescription from a dermatologist). Also, scrub and disinfect/sanitize combs, brushes, etc using a barbicide solution.
Have you tried nizarol shampoo? Even if it doesn't keep the flakes from coming back, it is very good at removing them. This scratching is so hard on the scalp.
Are there times when using oil is more harmful to the scalp condition? Seems when you are able to u We oil the lift is better the flakes are bigger and the scalp is less irritated. Also the comb is dirty or not cleaned well. Looking forward to the next scratch video because you two have great content
From Australia. I have been watching you for a few years now and love your work, but wonder if you have tried a fine tooth METAL comb, have seen you use only plastic. I believe plastic is for combing and metal is for scratching. Much love to you both.
Does he ever just dry exfoliate? I'll usually just take a dry cloth - not one if my good soft ones; but the cheap rough ones you get from like a dollar store or somewhere and just wipe (not a lot of pressure) over my body before showering. It loosens the dead skin. Sometimes excess oils cause build-up that we think is because our skin un dry. But oils can cause that same effect.
I know this is a long shot but have you tried washing his hair in energy drink. My son uses any sugary energy drink with guarana to get rid of his itchy scalp. Sorry to everyone if it works. Love your vids
Wash his hair with head and shoulders or Selsun blue, which is a dandruff shampoo, and then put raw Shea butter on it, grease his scalp with it and put it on the sides. I promise it will go away do it a couple times a day or anytime he feels like it is dry and it should clear up quick I promise my daughter had this as an infant and my stepdad from the ivory coast gave me raw Shea butter. It really works and this was before RAW butter was even in style like it is now. When I say a couple of times a day, I mean moisturize it with the Shea butter whenever you see his scalp start to flake up, tremendously again, wash their hair and the sides with the dandruff shampoo and put the raw Shea butter on immediately after he gets out the shower. The Shea butter may seem a little firm, but all you have to do is rub it between your hands and you will see it in melt right away.
I just saw a video where they are saying that advertisers do not support scratch videos… which is why a lot of scratchers are moving to Patreon. Let me find out YT is anti-dandruff! Smh
I have seb derm, and salt rinses help a lot to dry out the seb derm, and then it's easier to rub it off. I say rub because scratching can cause hair loss.
I suffer with seborrheic dermatitis it’s basically a build up of yeast called malassezia so it’s a fungal infection of sorts. I started using T/gel I don’t like the smell but it’s helping out if you would like a list of different types of treatments and the pros and cons of them let me know.
He needs some blue star ointment and a dermatologist appointment. Have we become so stupid as a society that our lives have come to watching a man get his hair scratched?
My brother had this issue with his hair too. There a certain type of shampo he use. Not head and shoulders. Send me a message if u want me to find out what kind he use
It's been a while since we seen a video from you guys....😢 I pray life is treating you well, and your family is doing great. Would like to see an update on Carlito's scalp and to find out if his hair is doing better about the falling out. Be Blessed 🙌🏿 😇
Would like to have a go using a comb on you head. I am in Australia and rate myself pretty good at all the dandruff scratching using using my comb selection.
Miss you guys soo much! Come back! No one does it like you 😭
Hey I'm missing you guys, praying the family is safe and in good spirits ❤❤

Hello, I really enjoy watching your videos and keep up the amazing work 🙂

Hello I love your videos. I want to know what causes his dry scalp?
Do y'all have new content ?? It's been a minute
Tiff, can you list the treatments he’s tried? Have you shown these videos to a dermatologist? One may offer to help.
Have you ever tried that tool used for getting lice nits out, it looks like it would be good for removing stubborn flakes? Good job.
Where are y'all at??? I miss y'all 😔.. I've been binge watching y'all... Go on and make a video or go live please🙏🤍🤍

What in the hades is going on

You should try applying yogurt to the scalp helps with my eczema
I can’t believe it’s been a year since you guys last video

Do you moisturize after the scratching? I would say maybe after scratching put castor oil!
Thank You Carlito, please don’t quit us!!! 🙏🏽🥹❤

Leave no flake behind!! Some of those were tough, great job!
She wouldn't get under there and scratch.
How long after you scratch his scalp does he have another build up

I know this is a long shot but have you tried washing his hair in energy drink. My son uses any sugary energy drink with guarana to get rid of his itchy scalp.

I have this issue and my scratcher uses a license comb lol works wonders
Can you oil his to loosen the dandruff then scratch it up.
I just saw a video where they are saying that advertisers do not support scratch videos… which is why a lot of scratchers are moving to Patreon. Let me find out YT is anti-dandruff! Smh
This is so fascinating. What causes this much dandruff? I'm thinking he may need some industrial head & Shoulders and tea tree oil next.
I have seb derm, and salt rinses help a lot to dry out the seb derm, and then it's easier to rub it off. I say rub because scratching can cause hair loss.
Miss Tiff, where are y'all? It's been a while since you posted a new video. I miss y'all ❤
Wouldn't it be easier for the sides to be done with a facial exfoliator?
Great scratch 🙌🏽
You need a edge brush with comb, that little comb is the best for lifting.
I suffer with seborrheic dermatitis it’s basically a build up of yeast called malassezia so it’s a fungal infection of sorts. I started using T/gel I don’t like the smell but it’s helping out if you would like a list of different types of treatments and the pros and cons of them let me know.

Where y’all been? We miss y’all
Tiff, them flakes stuck on Carlito's head like some cheap wall paper paste. He needs some of your magic oil !!!!!! ❤️
Yes you are the best for sure! But please put oil on it so the bleeding isn't so bad and it will come up much smoother.
Where is the new channel… I’m confused
