My wife is coming to UK on August 2024 through TCS. can she switch to other company in UK ? and does she gets job within 2 years as her visa contract is for 2 years.
If she get job with skilled worker visa and sponsorship she can switch to other job . But getting job with visa is not easy as market is now not that much great .
getting job with skilled worker visa will be depending up on different factors like technology , demand etc … the duration may vary !!! She need to try

Me and my wife are trying for UK skilled worker visa
We both are post graduates with more than 10 years of experience
We approached one consultant, they told we need to pay for Visa
Could you please eloborate
usually cinsutlancies will take and process but check that consulancy is genuine one or not and also there is lot of risks even you get Skilled worker visa and come here .. Those thingd you should understand before processing .
1) Main applicant can do only outside IR 35 jobs where as those contract jobs are very very less now as per current market situation
2) Dependant can do any job or work . if both are willing to work
3) until the main applicant get job you may need to pay some tax amount to the consultancy to run the payroll which may vary between 500 to 1000 pounds per month
4) Now market is not in great position. In all
fields employees and aspirants are struggling to survive . opportunities are very very less to get job .
5) Contract jobs opportunities are very less now
6) now u cannot get visa from the actual employers except this kind of consultancies
check all this points and do some analysis discuss with the people here and then of you really wanted to process think twice else u can come later when the market is good .

From March 11, 2024 Social care workers are no longer allowed to bring dependants (that is, partners and children) on their visa. The baseline minimum salary to be sponsored for a Skilled Worker visa has increased from £26,200 to £38,700
