hey i wanted to ask the about the circle below the folloing and message what is it called?
The circles at the top represent Story posts! Tap a friend's profile icon in that menu to view their story.
It's extremely frustrating that the info comes way too fast. I have hardly absorbed what was said when in comes the next deluge.

You can choose to slow the video down in the settings! Click the cog button and click the playback speed. 0.75 is slower, 1.25 is faster. Hope this helps!

Totally agree with you. I can't believe why it is rushed when it is something for "beginners". It just doesn't makes sense..
Why we gave to find options to slow down ...rather if someone wants to go fast they can increase the speed
I came here to learn how to follow people and the tutorial just launches into what you can do with accounts that you follow, not how to follow them. I guess I need a beginners, beginners guide, lol.
You use # to search for certain topics, can you use something to block all posts with certain topics or words?

@@techlifeunity Thanks I tried that but it doesn’t seem to block words in other peoples accounts. For instance block the word pork that may come up on any post or video.

So what if you want to see posts from new people? FOLLOWING and FAVORITES just pertain to you, so that makes no sense. What if you want everyone? How else would you find someone new if you only are locked in to FOLLOWING and FAVORITES?
Yes this is if you only want to see posts from people you follow or accounts you've favourited. This is only temporary and you can go back to the regular feed at any time. If you want to find new people to follow check out the Explore tab (magnifying glass icon in the bottom menu)
