I thought the same exact thing.
It’s all that happens to me when I hit perfect-perfect flyballs. I hit a 97 mph fast ball with Nelson Cruz off of a silver lefty Cruz has 112 power vs lefties perfect perfect flyball 90 mph off the bat routine flyout to center. Never mind the all the other ones with Cruz and countless ones with Mantle.
If a perfect perfect fly ball isn’t a homer, then what should be? Hitting is so broken

Hey Kevin I’m no scientist but maybe u should try a different hitting view. I used to be far back and my timing was really bad, and I couldn’t see the ball as well. Now I use strike zone and it’s much easier in my opinion
