    Thank you, you helped me immensely with pareidolia (hearing voices in everyday sounds) with this video. Pareidolia and tinnitus are one and the same thing, pareidolia is just a much worse form of it!

    Sweetest, most reassuring smile! This information and practice is helpful given my own situation with tinnitus. This one will require time and patience as it took years of mismanaged lifestyle(then covid) to become This imbalanced. Thankyou so much❤

    Great video, thank you.
    Interestingly I always notice my tinnitus and Eustachian Tube issues are much worse after drinking alcohol .interestingly a few years ago I did a healthy living plan/ diet by a company called Arbonne. Basically no carbs, sugar, or meat etc and although it took me about 45 days ( its a 30 day plan) to help my IBS symptoms I suddenly realised met tinnitus had gone and my ears were much better too. There seems to be a link between diet and ears issues for sure.

    When you massage these points, are your fingers sliding across the skin or pressing into the skin so that the skin moves with the fingers as you massage the points?

    • @QiYogaWithLuChin
      @QiYogaWithLuChin  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, I would say apply medium pressure. Fingers are not sliding across the skin, pressing the medium pressure massaging. The low pressure that feels the best for you. 🙏🤗

    Thank you so much.i really appreciate your giving the names as well as how to find the points. That way I can look up these points and get more information,and also figure out how they relate to each other, and the way they would contribute to benefit/dissolve the disharmony.
