I have to 2 vendor accounts so far, have applied for D&B, obtained an EIN and lastly Nav Boost. You mentioned a sole proprietor is unable to separate business from personal due to being the owner. I"m starting out as a sole proprietor and hoping all I've done sone far isnt a waste of time. Either way you got a another subscriber and do appreciate the info
Recently we received a request from a Mortgage Broker who had a self-employed Borrower that was having difficulty getting approval due to debt to income ratios. By this time, the Borrower was looking for fast financing to purchase a rental property in Sonoma County and secure the loan for 2 years. He needed a very quick close or he would lose the opportunity. In short order we had the requested $440,000 loan approved and closed in 9 working days! Happy Broker and happy borrower who was previously turned down elsewhere.
Can you establish "trade lines" with other companies. Like what if i was to open a target credit card in the name of my business? Would that be considered a "trade LIne"? I'm not sure what the difference is. Or what a "charge off" is either.
It truly depends but you need at least two trade lines with at least three credit experiences to get a PAYDEX score from Dun & Bradstreet. Hope that helps.

I've watched countless videos and think I've found ones that suit my business and will report to the bureaus. I totally believe I can have access to business credit before the end of the year. What is some of the best credit cards for credit approval if you are starting out for Business Credit. I have everything you stated EIN, DUNS#, business bank account and have establish credit with Uline. I want a business credit card my business has been established since 2015. I need abs business credit separate from my personal. My personal credit cards are all paid off and utilization is below 6%

Not sure for international, but if you're in the US you need to file a DBA for your new marketing name. The name you use to apply would be the original LLC.
