i got accepted into college today, saw my best friend for the first time in 3 months, bought a fluffy new blanket that happend to be my favorite color and now latte posted… this is literally the best day i've had in awhile

I was raised bilingual, with English and another language as my native languages. I used to think I had some kind of cool special skill there, until I started university and met people from all over the world who learned English as a second language to a level where they could write academic papers in English. That's impressive. Learning a second language and becoming fluent enough to make videos in it is impressive. Please don't feel bad about your English, you're doing something really impressive here.
Damn, I wish I was at least raised bilingual ISTG being monolingual is like being shut off from alot of the world
I speak my native language, I can write academic papers in English (well, at least I could) and I know one more foreign language. And when I meet people who speak 3 or 4 foreign languages I think "That is really cool! And I am just normal". Everything pales in comparison.

As a mexican, I can say that I had been raised with two languages: Mainly spanish and english. English was never taught by my parents, but I learned here, on the internet! So I basically grew up to my 13's (Up to this day) being part of this english-speaking community. Si I'm glad I got to know all sorts of stuff about it. Even my pronunciation is really cool. I was just enjoying videos of any type, just as long as I had english on them.

Every time that happens, it is by far, the highlight of my day, and I can still remember getting the one for this video here, as well as a plethora of your other ones. I hope that one day latte is able to be more confident in herself. First she proclaimed in her "Using my favourite triggers on you" video that she believed herself to be "weak and cowardly" and now she's saying here that her English is bad. Latte is one of the kindest people I know of, and it takes strength to be kind, and it takes even more to share that kindness with millions of people; and her being cowardly? I've known my fair share of cowards and they give up easily and always take the easy way out. The community that she's grown and the quality of the videos she puts out are anything but the easy way out or giving up. As for her thinking her English is bad, it just isn't; and even if it was, she has committed herself for the past 3-4 years to learn a language just to accommodate to a wider audience. Regardless of the result of how fluent she is, her effort is nothing short of commendable and ties back to her never taking the easy way out and not being cowardly. So Latte, for your sake and ours's, I hope you one day find your confidence.
Her continuous effort to keep upload year after year shows her dedication and humility to her craft. She's an inspiration!

I totally agree. I hope that she makes more chill videos like these. I appreciate the amount of effort and thought she puts into her roleplay videos, but they don't relax me sadly. I just love seeing her raw personality :)

Idk why.. maybe it's very subjective.. but there's something better about this video, eventhough she implied that this is off-the-script, i won't be able to believe that, either she is not being honest or she is just a very ingenious person with mad talent for asmr. This is one of her best work imo.

I’m english, and to be honest her English is probably better than mine 😂. I find her confidence in speaking the language helps immensely too. Also massive respect to anyone who has to learn english with some of the awful slang we use!

She has this way of talking/whispering that is so relaxing and it’s not overpowered or too loud. Her videos are always really comforting to watch. She should do more videos in her native language, I wanna see how different it is. Her pronunciation though, it’s better than many natives I’ve heard. She’s amazing.

This has already become my daily ritual, and it's more of like the therapy that I need every day after school. Things are pretty stressful since I have so many lessons and activities, so Latte's videos really do brighten my day :)) Stay safe and always remember that you are beautiful and handsome and you never need to change.

I don't understand why Latte comes in at number 16 in the list of 24. She works hard at what she does and she delivers triggers. Sometimes I get the impression that people are repulsed by her attempts at English. That's not my thoughts, but I just don't comprehend how people could not love her hard work.
The thing about depth that you do with your hands near the lense and how it creates *strong* light and dark seperation, coupled with you pointing out each body parts, is really amazing in this video. I'm grateful, thx.
