Super7959, I can not do anything through the Internet. You need to seek professional care. There are lots of low cost (and some even free) options available. If you feel things are out of control, I urge you to visit your local Emergency Room. If you have a doctor, please talk with them.

No need to apologize for the length of the videos, I wish they were longer! I'm learning much more from your videos then I did in my Paramedic class. Could you post a video series on Advanced ITLS guidelines?

Hi, I loved your video. I use to be a nurse, and was in a mild car accident in 2011, but sustained severe whiplash. Since then, I have about a year or so ago, aquired AMS, and wasn't even aware of what was happening, except I am having severe migraines pretty often. I have had several full exams by my physician, and CT scans from the ER, and all checked out fine, but no one was doing the exams with the AMS as the reason for the exams. Do I need to see a neurologist about this, or just have another ER visit and tell them I have AMS periodically? It's weird, at times I am aware I'm in an altered mental state, just cannot recall if anything happens to me at the time. I know I need to be checked out, but my primary dr. Is an internal med icine specialist. Would appreciate any advice. I'm afraid of going into a coma or dementia as a result of not getting treatment sooner. What can you tell me? Would be very appreciative of any general idea's. Thank you so much. Joy

I went to the hospital one morning cause that morning I woke up having like a seizure. So went to got checked with blood and urine and found all was normal. After I went to do a ct scan and also found nothing. Im in the same situation about how to deal about this. Wish modern science was more advance to find a cure.
